How does delivery work?
We can deliver to anyone in the Ballymena area. Our system allows free delivery to BT42 and BT43 but if you are in the greater Ballymena area feel free to give us a call on 07922311202 and we may be able to deliver to you.
I have selected my time, will it be there at exactly the time?
We have 1 hour slots in our booking system but this does not neccessarily mean you’ll get your tools at exactly this time, you will recieve the delivery at some point in your selected hour.
eg. Select delivery for 10am and your tools will be delivered between 10am & 11am.
Why do I need to make an account and upload ID before ordering tools?
This is purely security for ourselves. We need to assure we have some information about our customers before we hand over tools for rental.
If you ever want your account deleted you can select this in your account or by contacting us on our contact page.
